At Australian Lifestyle Support Solutions, your well-being and growth are at the heart of everything we do. Since our inception in November 2020, we've been dedicated to offering unparalleled support that goes beyond meeting your daily needs. Our mission is to empower you on your journey to a more fulfilling and empowered future.

We've come a long way from our humble beginnings. What started as a small, 4-person office has blossomed into a team of over 60 dedicated staff spread across our Hervey Bay and Maryborough locations. Our services now extend from Howard to Tin Can Bay, touching the lives of many individuals in the surrounding communities. We are also proudly a Registered NDIS Registered NDIS provider, further demonstrating our commitment to serving the needs of our community.

ALSS provides Service Delivery & Support Coordination services to Agency Managed, Self Managed and Plan Managed Participants.

About Our Case Managers & Support Coordinator

Our Case Managers and Support Coordinators are the heartbeat of Australian Lifestyle Support Solutions in Hervey Bay. With a passion for making a difference, our team consists of dedicated professionals who are well-equipped to provide invaluable support services to NDIS participants.

We understand that the NDIS journey can be complex and unique for each individual. That's why our Case Managers and Support Coordinators receive comprehensive training and possess a deep sense of empathy. We proudly serve participants under all three plan management options: Agency Managed, Self-Managed, and Plan Managed. This flexibility means that regardless of how you choose to manage your NDIS funds, we are here to help.

Dee - Support Coordinator

Dee is a proud local who has brought up 3 children in Hervey Bay. With years of lived experience as a parent navigating the world of NDIS, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in her Support Coordination role. She has also worked as a teachers aid for students with special needs, in many different levels of care. She enjoys camping, spending time with her kids, family and friends and enjoys having a good laugh. Having a good sense of humour, makes her awesomeness shine.
